with the development of computer technology and communication technology, the production monitoring system in the oil and gas industry has also been greatly developed

the system discussed in this paper is based on the following point of view, that is, the current oilfield monitoring and operating system based on computer and wireless data transmission radio can greatly improve the oilfield production efficiency, reduce the comprehensive cost, and realize the automation and informatization of oilfield production and management. In order to achieve this goal, we must develop a reliable oilfield monitoring and operating system based on microcomputer technology and modern communication technology; Develop new and cheap oil field operation monitoring methods; Develop a user-friendly database and recording system

II. System overview:

the application of industrial monitoring system in the oil and gas industry has the following characteristics:

* it generally spans large regions, so the radio station is required to support long-distance transmission

The unattended telecontrol control of the well station determines that the radio station should have the ability to resist the adverse weather environment

the typical application of wireless data transmission radio in the oil and gas industry is in the three remotes (telemetry, remote signaling and remote control) and automatic measurement of oil and gas wells - the well station data is transmitted to the control center of the oil production team through the wireless data transmission radio, and then the oil production team is connected with the general control center of the superior oil production plant or oil company through the special wide area communication or wireless network

III. software

1. Operating system

the characteristics of the system can be divided into two categories: real-time monitoring and data management:

(1) real-time monitoring

① automatically collect and recognize the data transmitted from the remote wellhead microcomputer, and each well has its own identification characteristics

② automatically check for errors and retransmit if necessary

③ dial automatically when receiving any level of alarm

④ the modem communication processing program can enter the computer system through the security password, and the oil well data of a single user can be obtained through the second level security password

(2) database management

① sensor and alarm data are stored by time, date and oil well

② prioritize the alarm data according to the urgency and recognition of the alarm data. The alarm data of each well shall be stored separately

③ store historical data and keep these data for about 1 month
